Funeral Costs
Funeral costs vary according to the style and content of the service chosen. Our price lists are clearly displayed and all our charges will be fully explained to you during the funeral arrangements. Disbursements such as cremation fees, cemetery fees, doctor's fees, minister's fees etc. will be explained and paid on your behalf leaving you without the worry of arranging these items. We will always supply you with a written itemised estimate in accordance with the National Association of Funeral Directors code of practice.
Our basic simple funeral fee is currently £1250.00 plus disbursements. This includes all the usual services such as the collection of the deceased, our professional services in arranging and conducting of the funeral, a hearse, funeral director and coffin bearers to a local cemetery or crematorium and our basic coffin.
We pride ourselves on the transparency of our fees system and will make sure that every cost is fully explained to you at the time of making arrangements.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
HELP WITH THE PAYMENT
OF A FUNERAL ACCOUNT
Payment of the funeral account is one of the first claims upon the estate of the deceased, however if there are insufficient funds in the estate the account becomes the responsibility of whoever made the funeral arrangements. If you feel you may not be able to meet the costs of the funeral please let us know as soon as possible so that we can advise you on possible help available. Should none of the following be available to you, we will always make every effort to help with payment planning in every way that we can. We will never turn away a grieving family through lack of available funeral funding.
