Miles & Daughters funeral homes are fully owned and run by the Miles family. We do not have any outside investors or shareholders at all and those who run our business also work within it.

Our family, in common with all other families, has experienced the laughter, love and, inevitably, the loss that comes with being a family. We have lost loved ones and have borne the pain and sadness that comes with that loss.

Because we are able to understand the feelings associated with bereavement, we try at all times to consider the feelings of our clients. To this end, we have made the following pledges:

That, whenever possible, male staff will care for deceased gentlemen and female staff for ladies. This to retain the dignity of the deceased.

That we will be completely open and transparent regarding our fees. We will always answer any questions regarding our fee structure openly and honestly.
