We chose Miles and daughters for my brothers funeral, after reading previous good reviews and we weren't disappointed. Lisa and Cat at the Whitley branch went above and beyond to guide us through this very sad time. The whole process went so smoothly and the funeral itself was as beautiful as I'd wanted it to be. I would 100% recommend Lisa and Cat.

From the very first phone call to the final moments after Mum’s funeral, the care, compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at the branch was simply outstanding.

At such an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, they guided us through every step with kindness, patience and genuine warmth. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and every detail was handled with such dignity and care that it gave us enormous comfort during one of the hardest times of our lives.

Lisa (Whitley Wood Branch) was especially wonderful throughout. Her support, communication and reassurance made such a difference, and she always made us feel Mum was being looked after with the utmost respect and compassion. Sharon’s beautiful eulogy captured Mum perfectly and meant so much to us all.

The funeral itself was flawless from start to finish. Everything was organised so thoughtfully and professionally, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating Mum without having to worry about anything else. Many of our family and friends commented afterwards on how beautiful and personal the service was.

We will always be deeply grateful for the kindness and support shown to our family. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently use the services of Miles & Daughters for the arrangements for my father‘s funeral. From the first contact when I needed to organise the initial arrangements to the cremation ceremony in the capable hands of Ryan, I could not fault the experience. Lucie and Jill were so helpful, understanding and professional and guided me through the process which I had not done before. I could not recommend Miles & Daughters highly enough and I am so glad that everything I needed to be done for my father was done professionally and with caring sympathy.

This was sadly my second experience of having to use a funeral directors. I went back to Irene at Miles & Daughters, Crowthorne because of the excellent service I had from her last time. She did not disappoint and it felt like going back for help from an old friend. Having been through the loss of my dad with her and now my mum, it really helped me to see a familiar face at such a sad time. Irene and her team are empathetic, kind, caring and the communication is extremely efficient. All the proceedings on the day were so professional, everything ran very smoothly and the celebrant, Trish Goswell, was excellent. I would absolutely recommend.

Miles & Daughters were amazing when my Dad sadly passed away. Irene was kind, empathetic, and patient. She took the time to explain everything, and guided us through each step with genuine compassion. Her support was invaluable, and we truly felt she cared about getting everything just right. We will always be grateful that we chose Irene and Miles & Daughters to help us say goodbye to Dad.
Colin, our celebrant, was also exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to lead the service and help us celebrate Dad’s life. He brought warmth, dignity, and a reassuring presence. His delivery was thoughtful and engaging throughout, striking a balance between reflection and celebration. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt completely supported.
Together, with Irene and Colin, Miles & Daughters made an incredibly difficult experience more bearable, and we will always be thankful for their kindness and professionalism.
