I cannot thank Miles and Daughters funeral Directors enough for their exceptional service during a difficult time.
Rob and Doug were so kind, patient and compassionate whilst organising my Mother in Laws funeral. We had previously purchased a funeral plan so our process was quite easy but they made everything effortless.
All of their staff that attended Slough crematorium today were polite, immaculately dressed and respectful.
Without hesitation i would recommend Miles and Daughters.

Miles and Daughters are a very caring funeral firm. The way they looked after our mum before and during her funeral was very impressive. They are extremley well turned out, the staff and the cars.
When they brought mums coffin to our home, the lady walked mum down the road very respectfully. I am very impressed by their service. Thank you.

2026 - So it was very sad when we had to use Miles and Daughter again this year. They were my only consideration as they were so good with my Dad 5 years ago, and they did not let us down this time. From the moment I ran into the office for prices following the death of my brother, they have been nothing other than supportive and caring. Its been like my local coffee shop, with Lucie opening the door and listening every time I had a question or just wanted to be close to my brother. The day of the funeral was made so much easier, there was no pressure and they moved on when we were ready. Professional to the end, we used Becca again for our service, and it wasn't an easy one but it was perfect. Can't thank them enough for helping us to give my brother the most amazing send off that he deserved.

2021 - Would highly recommend the Binfield office. Sue was amazing and done everything she could to ensure we understood what would happen and that our every wish was carried out. Becca our celebrant was also amazing, she learnt about my dad through us and made it sound like she had known him forever. The rest of the team on the day were also amazing, very professional, kind and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone when they need some comfort and reassurance at this very emotional time.

Irene Turner has supported us through two funerals recently. She has been amazing, helping us to process the deaths, come to terms with them and to celebrate our family members appropiately. She has organised the necessary parts of the process; collection and storage as well as booking the crematorium, arranging coffins, limousines, amazing flowers from Longacres, creating a slide show that timed with our music choice and designing orders of service that we were proud to share. She was caring and encouraged us to make our two funerals, that occured weeks apart, different including suggesting a different hearse; Morag, a vintage hearse.
Her funeral team on the day were excellent. We met both Funeral Directors who were lovely and kind. One suggested I take the flowers and share them with my guests. This meant our friends each left the wake with a posey of roses and orchids.

We used Miles and Daughters when my mum passed away and from that first day meeting with Cat and til the funeral day meeting Lisa they have both been nothing but caring making sure that we as a family were OK and making the visit welcoming and warm and giving us all the time we needed.ON the day of the funeral we could not fault anyone they have done us proud and looked after us very well.Lisa done an excellent job on the day making it go smoothly and lovely.

We were helped at the Winnersh branch by Kelly Head. She treated us in a very professional and sensitive manner, and my sister and I were very happy with the service we received when arranging the service for our mum. Unfortunately she was not available on the day, but the lady who attended was equally as professional and helpful.
