Lucie at the Binfield branch was absolutely outstanding. The care, commitment and empathy was there throughout our entire journey. Our 19 year old son passed away, with Lucie's support and the team a lot of pressure was lifted from us. They were instrumental in every way and listened. My wife and I highly recommend them. We will be using them again.

Miles and Daughters, Winnersh did a wonderful job on my mother’s funeral.
Jill was a great help in organising all aspects of the funeral, very professional, friendly and kind, perfect for what we needed.
For the funeral itself, it went seamlessly and Ryan did a great job making sure we had what we needed, knew where to be, he was respectful, discrete and very professional.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Miles and Daughters, Winnersh, they were such a great help at such a difficult time.

Lucie and the team were absolutely wonderful every step of the way in organising our daughters celebration of life and separate cremation. Their natural empathy, professional and respect for our daughter and family was present throughout. We had lots of out of the ordinary requests, none of which were a trouble, Lucie came with great ideas and recommendations too.

Communication was excellent and the team on the day(s) were phenomenal, you can see they love and care about what they do and they go the extra mile, a special mention to the wonderful Jaylee & Claudia who bought unicorn pins, those are the little touches that really matter. Don't hesitate in getting in touch with them, they will look after you!

We cannot thank the team enough for the care, kindness and attention they gave to our family while arranging our grandmother’s funeral.

From the very beginning, everything was handled with such compassion and professionalism, and we felt supported throughout what was an incredibly difficult time. Every detail was given such care and consideration, helping us to give our grandmother the send-off she truly deserved.

A special mention must go to Morag, the beautiful vintage hearse. Having Morag as part of the day meant so much to us and made the funeral feel even more personal and special. It was such a lovely touch and something we will always remember.

Rob and Doug were so kind, patient and compassionate whilst organising my Mother in Laws funeral. We had previously purchased a funeral plan so our process was quite easy but they made everything effortless.
All of their staff that attended Slough crematorium today were polite, immaculately dressed and respectful.

2026 - So it was very sad when we had to use Miles and Daughter again this year. They were my only consideration as they were so good with my Dad 5 years ago, and they did not let us down this time. From the moment I ran into the office for prices following the death of my brother, they have been nothing other than supportive and caring. Its been like my local coffee shop, with Lucie opening the door and listening every time I had a question or just wanted to be close to my brother. The day of the funeral was made so much easier, there was no pressure and they moved on when we were ready. Professional to the end, we used Becca again for our service, and it wasn't an easy one but it was perfect. Can't thank them enough for helping us to give my brother the most amazing send off that he deserved.

2021 - Would highly recommend the Binfield office. Sue was amazing and done everything she could to ensure we understood what would happen and that our every wish was carried out. Becca our celebrant was also amazing, she learnt about my dad through us and made it sound like she had known him forever. The rest of the team on the day were also amazing, very professional, kind and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone when they need some comfort and reassurance at this very emotional time.
