I was very stuck on which funeral company to go with when I recently lost my father due to previous bad experiences with other companies but Lisa and everybody else I felt with really made a difficult time as seamless as stress free as possible. helping deliver a faultless service the way my father would appreciate and made the whole process feel dignified, genuinely making me feel at ease and feeling that he was cared for.
And the biggest thing for me was the honesty on price ensuring I was fully aware of everything and didn’t act like they only wanted my money, they all presented them selfs as they truly care.

Debbie at Richard Lloyd Funeral Directors was absolutely fab. It was such a difficult time (and was our first experience of arranging a funeral) and Debbie was kind, thoughtful and sensitive on how she managed us through the procedure. Nothing was too much trouble and Debbie was always happy to help or find out the answer to our questions if she did not know. We could not have asked for more and I am sure our lovely Mum would have been proud of the send off she received.

Irene Turner guided me through the funeral arrangement with sympathy and professionalism. Colin Hawkins, the Celebrant, met my daughters and me at home and guided us with the tributes, music and poems. One friend described the funeral as 'uplifting'.

Miles and daughters at Winnersh especially Sally made the loss of my husband easier to bear being very empathetic and very kind to me and my family at such a difficult time.

Debbie from Richard Lloyd and Lisa from Miles & Daughter (combined company) were absolutely amazing throughout. Without Debbie guiding me, I would have struggled to get the funeral together but she is so knowledgeable that she made it super easy. She has the perfect character for this job and all I felt was kindness and help from her. Lisa was superb on the day and kept the service flowing perfectly. She was sympathetic and kind to all of us and made sure we were happy with all the arrangements. It was the perfect celebration of life and I’m so glad I chose Richard Lloyd. Thank you to the team on the day, including the horses. Please give them a carrot each!

I wanted a family based firm to handle my wife's funeral. Miles & Daughters fit that requirement perfectly.

The arrangements were flawless and all our friends and relatives commented on what a perfect event it was to celebrate her life.

Lucie did a great job in co-ordinating the whole process from identifying the perfect Celebrant to producing a beautiful Order of Service and on the day their team was polite, efficient and caring. I would like to highlight the Funeral Conductor, Lisa, as she was of great support to the family after the event and spent time to talk to all the attendees and ensure that we wanted for nothing.

I highly recommend Miles and Daughters Funeral Directors for their impeccable service. A special thanks to Rob for his care and attention during this difficult time. The entire process was carried out smoothly with care and dignity. My Mum's funeral at Greenacres was beautiful. Our celebrant, Emma was just fantastic, taking the time to get to know our family and my late Mum. The limo service from Miles and Daughters was a welcome touch and meant we could all travel together which was a real blessing. They even took the scenic route to Greenacres which Mum would have loved, thank you.
