Both Geoff and Cat were very professional and catered for all our needs at this sad time. Very caring and dignified. We were given plenty of time to discuss matters with no rush and guided through the process and given valuable advice. We were clueless

To begin with, when Dad passed away, I was not sure where to turn or who to approach. It was by chance that we called Lisa (Miles and Daughters) that day and from that moment onward everything with Miles & Daughters, through Lisa, was handled so seamlessly.
At no point did we feel like we were dealing with a company. It felt as though we had a friend by our side, someone who genuinely cared for us, guided us with compassion, and looked after Dad with dignity right up until the funeral. Lisa was simply outstanding. Her warmth, patience, kindness and professionalism made an incredibly difficult time feel much more manageable.
She was always reassuring, thoughtful and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Every interaction with her was handled with such care and sensitivity that it gave us real comfort during one of the hardest moments of our lives. I could go on and on about how wonderful she was and how grateful we are for all that she did for our family and dad.

I’d especially like to mention Nikki. I honestly couldn’t have been in better hands. She was caring, patient and clear in her communication, and I always felt listened to and supported. That meant a lot.
Lisa was also very professional during the service. She had a calm, reassuring presence and handled everything with dignity and care.
