We were especially impressed by the thoroughness of Debbie at the Woodley branch and the patient team who were alongside us on the day of my mother's funeral. I would recommend Miles and daughters without hesitation to anyone who has lost a loved one.

A special mention must go to Lucie, who was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and always available to answer questions or offer reassurance. Her warmth and understanding made a world of difference. We would also like to thank Ryan, whose calm presence, professionalism, and attention to detail on the day were exceptional and deeply appreciated.
The whole team without exception meant nothing ever felt rushed, and every request was handled with respect and dignity. We cannot thank the team at Miles & Daughters enough for the support they gave us, the compassion they showed our family and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a funeral director who truly goes above and beyond.
