From start to finish, Miles & Daughters provided an outstanding and truly compassionate service during an incredibly difficult time for the funeral of our mum. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine empathy, which gave our family great comfort and peace of mind.

A special mention must go to Lucie, who was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and always available to answer questions or offer reassurance. Her warmth and understanding made a world of difference. We would also like to thank Ryan, whose calm presence, professionalism, and attention to detail on the day were exceptional and deeply appreciated.

Following the death of my mother I asked Miles and Daughters to arrange the collection of my mother from her Carehome and to arrange her funeral.

Lucie at Miles and Daughters was extremely helpful and efficient and worked to make all the arrangements as our family wished.
I was also put in touch with a celebrant who was also kind, compassionate and took the time to listen and help plan Mum's service at Easthampstead Park Crematorium.

I had total trust in Lucie and all that was discussed and arranged worked as planned.

I am very happy with the support shown to my family by Miles and Daughters.

I was very stuck on which funeral company to go with when I recently lost my father due to previous bad experiences with other companies but Lisa and everybody else I felt with really made a difficult time as seamless as stress free as possible. helping deliver a faultless service the way my father would appreciate and made the whole process feel dignified, genuinely making me feel at ease and feeling that he was cared for.
And the biggest thing for me was the honesty on price ensuring I was fully aware of everything and didn’t act like they only wanted my money, they all presented them selfs as they truly care.

Debbie at Richard Lloyd Funeral Directors was absolutely fab. It was such a difficult time (and was our first experience of arranging a funeral) and Debbie was kind, thoughtful and sensitive on how she managed us through the procedure. Nothing was too much trouble and Debbie was always happy to help or find out the answer to our questions if she did not know. We could not have asked for more and I am sure our lovely Mum would have been proud of the send off she received.

Irene Turner guided me through the funeral arrangement with sympathy and professionalism. Colin Hawkins, the Celebrant, met my daughters and me at home and guided us with the tributes, music and poems. One friend described the funeral as 'uplifting'.

Miles and daughters at Winnersh especially Sally made the loss of my husband easier to bear being very empathetic and very kind to me and my family at such a difficult time.
