Lisa (at the Whitley branch) was a pleasure to work with: empathetic, responsive, and professional throughout the entire funeral planning process. She created an Order of Service that perfectly captured the essence of our mum, patiently walked us through the logistics of the day, showed us how we could help carry the coffin if we wanted to, and generally supported us in a respectful and caring way with whatever we needed during this sad time. It was a huge comfort. We will always be grateful we chose Miles and Daughters to help us say our final goodbye to our parents.

At no point did we feel like we were dealing with a company. It felt as though we had a friend by our side, someone who genuinely cared for us, guided us with compassion, and looked after Dad with dignity right up until the funeral. Lisa was simply outstanding. Her warmth, patience, kindness and professionalism made an incredibly difficult time feel much more manageable.
She was always reassuring, thoughtful and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Every interaction with her was handled with such care and sensitivity that it gave us real comfort during one of the hardest moments of our lives. I could go on and on about how wonderful she was and how grateful we are for all that she did for our family and dad.
